By ordering from Madison Calling or using a gift, you agree to these terms.
What you get
A short personalized video from Madison and a link that lets the recipient call her in their browser. A gift link works for 7 days and includes a live call of a few minutes, with a second try if the first one drops.
Madison is an AI
Madison is an AI character from the MNKT show. Her video and her voice on the call are generated by AI. She only knows what the buyer shared, she can get things wrong, and nothing she says is professional advice. She is a playful hype friend and is never romantic or sexual.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to order, and the person receiving the gift must be 18 or older.
What you can't ask for
No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, or anything meant to hurt or embarrass someone, and no private details about another person. Roasts are affectionate. We may decline an order that doesn't fit, and we'll refund it.
Refunds
If we decline your order or can't make your video, you get a full refund. Each video is made to order, so once yours has been delivered we can't refund it for a change of mind. If something is wrong with it, tell us and we'll remake it or refund you.
The service
We work hard to keep videos and calls running, but we can't promise the service will always be available or free of glitches. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one.
